Ant Control
Ant Control in Keller & North Fort Worth, TX
Ants on the kitchen counter, trails along a patio, or activity that returns after every spray? Bug Lock provides owner-operated ant control in Keller, North Fort Worth, Haslet, Southlake and North Richland Hills. We look at the trail, likely nesting areas and entry points to plan the next step.
Beyond the Visible Trail
Treat the source of repeat ant activity
An exterior spray and a colony-focused treatment serve different purposes. Perimeter treatment helps address routes around the home. When outdoor colony activity calls for it, a granular ant treatment can be discussed as an additional service.
The right approach depends on the ant and where it is nesting. Tell us what you have already applied so we can account for it when planning treatment. We explain the proposed work and price before starting.
Where we look for ants around your home
Kitchen and indoor trails
We ask where ants appear, how often you see them and whether they are gathering near sinks, food or pet bowls.
Foundation and landscaping
We inspect active routes around foundation edges, beds and material near the home that may shelter ants.
Patios and garage edges
Cracks, thresholds and routes beside slabs can help explain how ants reach doors and indoor spaces.
Outdoor colony activity
When a colony or nesting area is found, we discuss whether targeted additional treatment fits the problem.

Real Bug Lock Work
A real colony found during service
This Bug Lock photo shows why inspection matters: there can be much more activity beneath outdoor material than the trail visible at first glance.

Take a clear photo if you can, note the busiest trail, and tell us whether ants are indoors, outdoors or both. Clean up food spills and address leaks. Let us know about recent sprays or baits before adding more products.
After service, follow the instructions for the treatment used. Report persistent or changing activity so we can discuss the next step. For ongoing exterior prevention, ask about quarterly pest control.

Questions Before Booking
Ant control questions
Why do ants keep coming back after I spray them?
The visible trail may be only part of the problem. A colony, food or moisture source, or another entry route can keep activity going. Inspection helps determine what needs to change.
Do you offer granular ant treatment?
Yes. A separate granular ant treatment may be recommended for suitable outdoor colony activity. The treatment choice depends on the ants, site conditions and product label. We explain any additional charge before service.
Can you help with ants inside the kitchen?
Yes. Tell us where the trail starts and whether activity is near food, sinks or exterior walls. Interior treatment is available when needed, along with inspection of likely exterior routes.
Is ant treatment included in quarterly pest control?
General exterior service targets common ant activity. An established colony or indoor issue may need additional work. We will explain what your quote includes before treatment.
